How dare they fix Griffon Farming..I only made 4mil from that!..... now what am I going to do i have children to feed.....they mainly eat ectos and shards however lol

Anet doesn't nerf anything, just makes it harder to do or balanced.

Iway was NOT nerfed. It is BALANCED. Running is just harder now, it is not impossible.

I get annoied when people say they want others to play the game prperly well when you've done it once and jus want high end skills or whatever from a new PvE char you don't wanan spend weeks doing something that could be run in hours what a damn wste of time anyway PvP FTW!!!111!!1

55 Necro/55 Ele
MM Necro can farm ettins
Earth Ele can farm hydras

Thats two options for both classes. Quit whining and read the forums for help.

Anet have nerfed loads because they released a game that they had to re-balance which I suppose is fair enough to be truthful. There does get to a point where all the fun is taken out of the game and I dont mean 55hp nerf etc but in other ways. Whats wrong with running for enjoyment?... or Farming...or if a certain class can do something better than others?

keep it as varied as possible and keep it fun... something that has been steadily decreasing since I started to play way back.

ANet has made it more difficult by fixing a bug. They are to be commended for that (fixing a bug), it's good customer service.

Now, here's what you (the OP) need to do. Figure out how to work through the new challenge and then, if you think it's worth it, charge more.

Adaptability is a highly-prized trait.

They nerfed my beautiful Ether Renewal (Believe it not i used it for uber farming)
When it was longer not 7 seconds it was so good for 55 farming wthe my ele

He wasn't whining, he was making a counterstatement to the OP, who's situation is quite clear

Man this is all whines and frets about nerfs. BOOHOO! Everything is not to be soloable, henchies and you, work as well. Less drops but to make more drops happen bring LESS henchies. Adequate your build to that a margin of henchies won't steal your drops but can still get good drops.

Just grab henchies FARM one area and your bound to get good drops when farmed over and over. To make "money / "gold it's called salvaging the items or selling them to the merchant or people.

Aside from the spelling mistake, that's your problem. You think the GAME is a business. It's not. If you happen to make money by playing the game, good for you. But the game was not made to make you in-game gold. And the developers changed the game to reflect that.

The only skill that shouldn't have been nerfed is Healing seed, it was much better when it lasted 20+ seconds. Don't really care about all the other nerf's.

Nerf's make the game more fun anyways, makes people think of new builds and how to adapt old builds to counter new builds.
The IWAY nerf was perfect making the build still useable but also makes it that IWAY isn't the only build you see in HoH (I never minded fighting IWAY it just got very very repetitive)

EDIT: Also i'm glad they nerfed Santum Cay anyways, it was stupid that you could just stand there and complete the mission while 2 foe's attack you.

Here's what Ruïned my business:

I have a running character which i run with from Ascalon city (or beacons Perch) to the desert. I made a lot of money with it. The way to run it was running the Sanctum cay mission.
When u got to the place he summoned the boat it was easy, you just went to the top of the hill next to him and no enemy groups would attack The Vizier.
Now: Anet nerfed it, when u are on the hill or not it doesnt matter. Enemy groups will encounter the vizier from all directions which makes this almost impossible to run. However i'm not saying it's imposible to run the sanctum Cay mission if u are able to heal the vizier AND yourself big time.

Well this was the thing that Ruïned one of my biggest "Moneymakers"

Poor Vizier, watching him getting destoryed by the army of white mantle make me smile!

The way im making money is selling and buying low items for good cash i just made 50k selling my rockmolder 20/20 40k and victo's blade for 10k and im a Ele belive it or not and now people are starting to want nuckers more for farming as they are usefull for knocking down etc but its a pain when Anet stops us from making money for our dreams like fow armor and less drops but do as i said buy low sell high and even if you make a little profit its worth it

And Shiver peek chest hunting is very good got my perfect Cane from a chest thats 120k+ vaule

I'm not very far through the game (I got past Yak's on my first attempt through, months ago; I've started over and am catching up) and consequently, I'm relearning how the game works.
Whenever I come across a 'nerfed' skill, I just learn to use it. It's all the same to me; sure, I used it before, but I'm learning it again.
Nerfing or balancing may not be appreciated, and I can understand that, but if you just take it easy and think things through a bit, maybe you can come up with a more effective method for making money?

Chest hunting is the best way of making money more chance's of getting good items but more chance's of getting rubbish wands but i was lucky! i got a 120k+ wand( im boasting lol)
